About the Founders

 Dr NQ Qina

Dr Nolitha Qondisa Qina is a dedicated Medical Doctor with 22 years of experience, whose passion lies in supporting the accessibility and improvement of quality Primary Health Care Services all population groups in the Western Cape and South Africa as a whole.

She holds an MBChB (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) degree from Walter Sisulu University, providing her with a strong foundation in medical practice. In addition, she has earned a Postgraduate Diploma in HIV Management from The Colleges of Medicine of South Africa (CMSA, a professional body overseeing medical education and standards), which has enhanced her ability to support HIV care and management. Dr Qina also completed a Management Development certificate from Wits University (University of the Witwatersrand), equipping her with leadership and administrative skills that strengthen her effectiveness in healthcare delivery. These qualifications collectively contribute to her clinical expertise and her capacity to lead and improve primary health care services.


 Dr XW Njovane

Dr Xolani Wiseman Njovane, a medical practitioner since year 2000.A General Practitioner in the Cape Winelands Region, Paarl and Stellenbosch, since 2009. Also with deep interest in Pharmaceutical Medicine (Clinical Trials, Medicine Development and Registrations).

Holds an MBChB(Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery) degree from Walter Sisulu University. Also obtained, Diploma in Forensic Pathology, from CMSA(Colleges of Medicine of South Africa), through registrar programme in University of Cape Town/Groote Schuur Hospital, between 2005 until 2008. In 2009, started Honours Pharmacology program in Stellenbosch University and completed successfully in 2012. Through Stellenbosch University, he also obtained Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine in 2015, enabling an exposure and experience in Pharmaceutical Industry through collaboration with international and local pharmaceutical companies
